how You may exercise them.
Right to access
You have the right to access any information We have about You. If
You would like to access the personal information We have about
You, You can, at any time, see and download a machine-readable
file of the information We hold about You by visiting Your profile
in the Services.
Right to rectification
You have the right to, at any time, obtain rectification of
inaccurate personal data concerning You. You also have the right
to complete incomplete personal information. You can always edit
the information You have submitted when creating Your User
Account, simply by visiting Your profile on the Services.
Right to deletion
You have the right to have personal information that We process
deleted, if:
(a) the personal data is no longer necessary in relation to the
purpose for which it was collected or otherwise processed,
(b) You object to processing based on a legitimate interest and
Your reason for objection weigh heavier than Our legitimate
ground,
(c) You object to processing for direct marketing purposes,
(d) the personal data have been unlawfully processed, or
(e) the personal data must be, by law, deleted for compliance

You also have the right to terminate Your User Account at any
time. At that point all information connected to Your account will
be anonymised. However, binding legal requirements may require
that We store certain information for various periods of time. In
order to comply with these regulations, We may be unable to delete
information from Our databases.

You have the right to restrict Us from processing Your personal
information, if:
(a) You object that the personal information We process is
correct. We will then restrict the processing of Your information
for as long as it takes for Us to verify the accuracy of it, and
if necessary correct the information,
(b) the processing is unlawful and You object to delete the
personal data and requests the restriction of their use instead,

processing, but You require the data to the establish, exercise or

(d) You have objected to a balance of interest We have performed

verification whether Your reason for objection weigh heavier than

provided to Us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable
format and have the right to transmit the data to another
controller, if:
(a) the legal ground is Your consent, or
(b) the legal ground is Our Agreement, and
(c) the processing is carried out by automated means

Under some circumstances You have the right to object to
processing of Your personal information. If the processing is
based on Our legitimate interest or the public interest, We might
cease processing. If You object that Your personal information is
processed for direct marketing purposes, which include profiling
and occur for such direct marketing purposes, We must cease
processing.
Right to withdraw Your consent
You have the right to withdraw Your consent at any time if the
legal ground of processing Your personal information is consent.

Right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority
We are committed to handle any request, complaint or concern that
You may have about Our use of Your personal information in a fair
and transparent way. If, however, You believe that We have not
been able to assist with Your complaint or concern, You may have
the right to file a complaint with the data protection authority
in Your country (if one exists in Your country) or supervisory
authority.
